Refund Policy

RETURN SHIPPING

G.D.S. does not cover the shipping cost for returning an item and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.

FULL PRICE - Eligible for Refund, Exchange or Store Credit.

SALE - Eligible for Refund, Exchange or Store Credit.

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS AND FINAL SALE - Strictly no returns. No refund, credit, or exchange, unless deemed faulty.

 

RETURN CONDITION

Before lodging your request, please read through the conditions below to ensure your item is eligible for a return.

  • Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with original packaging and with all tags attached.
  • Items soiled with make-up, dirt, food, tanning products perfume smell or similar will not be accepted.
  • Items must be accompanied by their original box or case.
  • Return costs are at the customer’s expense (unless your item is deemed faulty).

You are welcome to lodge a return request within 14 days of your parcel being received. Any items received after this timeframe will be returned to the sender.

 

EXCHANGES

We offer an exchange of size, however, should you wish to exchange styles you will firstly need to send back your item for a store credit note, and then use the credit note to place a new order. To exchange for your correct size, you must firstly submit a return request with your required size to confirm availability. You will need to cover the expense of your return, but we will happily send out your exchanged item free of charge.

 

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

All items are quality checked by a team member before they are dispatched to customers. In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, please follow the steps on our returns portal and upload images showing the defect/fault. 

Items damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear, are not considered to be faulty.

REFUNDS

We endeavor to process returns daily Monday - Friday, but please allow up to 5 business days from the date the return parcel is received.

Once your return is received and inspected, our return department will notify you of the status of your return. If your return has been accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Please note that refunds can take 5 - 10 business days to appear in your account due to the processing times of your financial institutions.

Shipping fees and any duties and taxes from the original order are non-refundable.

 

STORE CREDIT

Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Once we receive your return, your store credit will be processed within 5 business days and you will be notified via email. You can check the balance of your store credit by logging into your G.D.S. account (in the ‘Store Credit’ section). Please note that store credit cannot be used, or re-issued after the expiration date. We do not notify customers when store credit is close to expiry. Items purchased with Store Credit can be returned for Store Credit only. They cannot be returned for a refund.
